The Bureau of Vital Records of the Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS) of Missouri only issues a certified statement relating to marriage for valid marriages after July 1948. A Certified Statement Relating to Marriage provides information such as the names of the married couple, date of marriage, and the county of record.
